BEAUTY IS STILL OURS

Fiction Feature Film / In development

Victoria (43), a well-known actress (currently seven months pregnant), is filming a movie when, overwhelmed during a scene, she suddenly walks off the set.
In a spontaneous and unexpected move during the shoot, she visits her brother Marcos (40), whom she hasn’t seen or spoken to in six years. Marcos has been a quadriplegic and wheelchair user since childhood. Their relationship has never been easy.

He never left their hometown, while she moved away young and became a successful actress.
Their reunion is marked by hostility, which they slowly begin to soften.

When Victoria decides to return to the city, Hernán, Marcos’s caregiver, informs her he must leave urgently. Victoria is unable to return to filming until she resolves who will take care of her brother.

Based on the play "Life Without Fiction" by Francisco Lumerman.
